Organization sharing turns an individual workspace into a shared one. Multiple members work from the same content library, lead lists, brand assets, and integrations. This is on by default for team and enterprise plans. If you don’t see the Organization tab in settings, you’re on an individual account — email support@agentweb.pro to upgrade.

What gets shared

AreaWhat members see
Content libraryPosts, creatives, templates created by any member
Lead listsImported leads available to everyone
Brand assetsBrand guidelines, market strategy, Knowledge Base
AnalyticsPerformance data across team-published campaigns
IntegrationsConnected LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, Slack, GA, Zapier accounts
Each member publishes under their own connected accounts. Sharing an integration shares access to use it from AgentWeb — it doesn’t share login credentials.

Roles

Every member has one of three roles.
RoleManage membersEdit contentView content
AdminYesYesYes
EditorNoYesYes
MemberNoNoYes
Admin is for the workspace owner and anyone managing integrations or billing. Editor is for anyone creating or approving content. Member is for stakeholders or clients who need read-only visibility. There can be multiple admins. There must be at least one.

Where to find it

  1. Open app.agentweb.pro.
  2. Click the gear icon in the bottom-left sidebar to open Settings.
  3. Select the Organization tab.
You’ll see a member list, role badges, and the invite button.

Invite a member

1

Open Settings → Organization → Members

Click the Members tab.
2

Click 'Invite member'

A modal opens.
3

Enter their work email

Type the email and pick a role from the dropdown (Admin, Editor, or Member).
4

Send the invite

The invitee gets an email from no-reply@agentweb.pro with a secure signup link. Links expire in 48 hours.
5

They accept

Once they click the link and sign in, they get immediate access to the shared workspace.

Change a member’s role

Find the member in the list. Click their role badge. Pick the new role from the dropdown. Changes take effect immediately.

Remove a member

Click the menu next to the member’s name and select Remove from organization.
Before removing a member, reassign any campaigns or scheduled automations they own to another admin or editor. Otherwise active work stops.
The member’s personal AgentWeb account is not deleted — they just lose access to your organization’s shared assets.

Connected integrations

When an admin connects an integration like LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, or Slack, it becomes available for editors to publish or sync through. Members see which integrations are connected but can’t publish through them.
IntegrationSharing behavior
LinkedInShared — editors can publish
Meta AdsShared — editors can launch ads
HubSpot CRMShared — editors can sync leads
SlackShared — notifications post to the configured channel
Google AnalyticsShared — view-only for all roles
ZapierAdmin-only
Each editor publishes under their own authenticated session for the integration. AgentWeb does not share login credentials between users.

FAQ

Ask the invitee to check spam. Invites come from no-reply@agentweb.pro. If it’s been more than 10 minutes, resend from Settings → Organization → Members — click the menu next to the pending row.
Organization sharing isn’t enabled on individual plans. Check Settings → Billing to see your current plan, or email support@agentweb.pro to enable team features.
No. Only content explicitly shared to the organization library is visible to other members. Personal drafts stay in your workspace.
Content they shared to the organization library stays in the library and is reassigned to an admin. Their personal-only content stays in their personal account.
Currently, one AgentWeb account belongs to one organization at a time. Multi-org support is on the roadmap — email support@agentweb.pro if you need it.
Open Settings → Organization → Members. Change the target user’s role to Admin. There can be multiple admins. If you want to step down, change your own role to Editor or Member after promoting the other admin.
