Emma needs context before she can produce content that sounds like your brand. The first time you log into app.agentweb.pro, Emma walks you through setting up your brand profile, founder voice, competitor analysis, and Knowledge Base. This page covers what each step does and what to have ready. If you skip onboarding, Emma will work but her output will be generic. You can either spend 15 minutes here now, or relaunch the flow later from Settings → Profile → Emma Setup → Re-introduce yourself to Emma. Re-running onboarding doesn’t erase anything you’ve already created — it just walks you back through the setup. See Settings → Profile.

Before you begin

Have these ready:
  • Your company website URL.
  • Your logo file (SVG, PNG, or JPG).
  • Any existing brand documents: mission statement, pitch deck, customer interviews, case studies.
  • A few examples of content you’ve published that represent your voice (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, founder interviews).

Onboarding flow

1

Open Agent Mode

From the portal home, click Agent Mode to start a chat with Emma.
2

Tell Emma your first goal

Say what you want to focus on — for example, “I want to focus on organic content.” Emma uses this to prioritize the right setup steps.
3

Confirm you don't have a brand profile yet

If this is your first time, answer No when Emma asks whether a brand profile exists.
4

Provide your business name or URL

Paste your website URL or type your company name. Emma searches the web for your site and asks you to confirm she found the right one.
5

Review the brand details Emma pulls

Emma extracts your tagline, brand voice, typical ICP, and brand personality from your site. Review each field. Correct anything wrong before confirming.
6

Save the brand profile

Once you confirm, Emma writes the details into your brand guidelines and market strategy. You’ll see a confirmation message.
7

Set up your founder profile

Emma searches for information about your founding team and drafts a founder write-up. She also analyzes your public writing (LinkedIn, blog, etc.) to capture your tone, so future content sounds like you wrote it.
8

Confirm competitors

Emma proposes a list of competitors. Review them. Add or remove as needed, then confirm.
9

Upload your logo

When Emma asks, upload your logo file. She extracts your primary brand colors automatically. Verify the colors look right under Brand Hub → Brand Guidelines.
10

Add reference material to the Knowledge Base

Drop in any of the following that you have:
  • Mission statement
  • Brand guidelines or style guide
  • Customer success stories or testimonials
  • Founder interviews
  • High-performing LinkedIn or X posts
  • Industry reports
  • Case studies
The Knowledge Base is what Emma draws from when she writes content. More relevant material here means sharper, on-brand output.

What gets created

After onboarding, you have:
LocationWhat’s there
Brand Hub → Brand GuidelinesBrand name, tagline, voice, personality, colors, logo, founder profile
Brand Hub → Market StrategyICP definitions, competitor list, positioning
Brand Hub → Knowledge BaseReference docs you uploaded
You can edit any of these later from the portal sidebar.

After onboarding

  • For DWY or DFY clients, fill in the intake form your account manager sends you. It captures additional context Emma needs for managed work.
  • If AgentWeb will publish content to your social accounts, grant admin access to your LinkedIn page and Facebook page. Emma can’t publish or track performance without it.
  • If you want personalized outbound email, upload a lead list to CRM. See CRM for the lead list options.

Troubleshooting

Paste the full URL including https://. If your site is behind a login wall or has heavy JS, Emma may not be able to scrape it. In that case, paste the key brand info (tagline, voice, ICP) directly into the chat and ask Emma to save it.
Edit the brand voice field directly in Brand Hub → Brand Guidelines, or paste a few examples of how you actually write into the chat and ask Emma to update the voice description based on them. The founder voice analysis is also editable in Brand Hub → Brand Guidelines → Founder profile.
Tell Emma which competitors to add or remove and ask her to update. You can also edit the list directly in Brand Hub → Market Strategy → Competitors.
Open Brand Hub → Brand Guidelines and edit the color hex codes directly. Emma uses these everywhere — image generation, landing pages, ad creative — so getting them right is worth a minute.
